What you buyThe Hoop service fee: managed operations, signed updates, AI access and support. Servers and GPUs are procured at actual cost, with the bill visible to you.
PricesPrices are being announced (published on the buy page and here). Price changes affect new purchases only, never retroactively.
Payment & refundsUSDC on Base. On-chain transactions are irreversible by nature; for a refund, write to billing@hoopgram.com within 14 days of payment — handled case by case, refunded as equivalent USDC to the original paying address.
SovereigntyYour Hoop's data lives on your machine; we do not access it without your consent. You can export, migrate or destroy your Hoop at any time.
TerminationYou may stop renewing at any time. If we discontinue the service, we give 30 days' notice and guarantee an export window.
DisclaimerThe service is provided "as is"; AI output is not professional advice; for outages of procured third parties (cloud providers, blockchain networks) our liability is limited to the service fees you have paid.

What we collectThe email you sign in with (magic-link), and the on-chain transaction details needed for payment. Nothing else.
What we don't dohoopgram.com carries no analytics, no third-party trackers, no cookies; we never sell or share your data.
DeletionWrite to hello@hoopgram.com and we delete the account information we hold — the data on your machine was always yours alone.
